1 - PHOTOS

Vous êtes autorisé à copier les photos portant la marque de Gymnet.org pour votre usage personnel, à l'exception de celles figurant dans la rubrique "Qui je suis...?". Pour tout autre usage, il vous faut obligatoirement respecter ces quelques règles :

- Les photos ne doivent modifiées en AUCUNE manière (taille, couleurs, montages, découpages...).
- Les photos doivent être copiées sur votre site, chez votre hébergeur, et non pas téléchargées depuis Gymnet.
- L'adresse http://gymnet.org doit apparaître clairement comme étant la source de ces photos, avec un lien cliquable.
- L'autorisation vous sera en principe accordée, mais vous devez m'avertir par email à l'adresse gymnet@netcourrier.com en précisant l'usage que vous souhaitez faire des photos, et l'adresse du site et de la page où elles seront publiées.

2 - VIDÉOS

Vous êtes autorisé à copier les vidéos de Gymnet.org pour votre usage personnel. Pour tout autre usage, il vous faut obligatoirement respecter ces quelques règles :

- Les vidéos ne doivent modifiées en AUCUNE manière (taille, couleurs, montages...).
- Les vidéos doivent être copiées sur votre site, chez votre hébergeur, et non pas téléchargées depuis Gymnet.
- L'adresse http://gymnet.org doit apparaître clairement comme étant la source de ces vidéos, avec un lien cliquable.
- L'autorisation n'est pas automatique et vous devez dans tous les cas la demander par email à l'adresse gymnet@netcourrier.com en précisant l'usage que vous souhaitez faire des vidéos, et éventuellement l'adresse du site et de la page où elles seront publiées.

3 - TEXTES

Vous êtes autorisé à copier pour votre usage personnel les textes publiés sur le site http://gymnet.org. Vous n'avez EN AUCUN CAS le droit de les publier sans l'autorisation de leur auteur. Il convient donc de demander systématiquement cette autorisation à l'adresse gymnet@netcourrier.com, dés lors que l'usage de ces documents est autre que privé ou personnel.
Il est en particulier INTERDIT de copier et de publier ces textes sur d'autres sites internet.

4 - SANCTIONS

En cas de copie illégale, Gymnet.org portera immédiatement plainte auprès du fournisseur d'accès ou de l'hébergeur du site concerné. Une action en justice pourra également être engagée contre les contrevenants.

You are allowed to copy the pictures copyrighted by Gymnet.org for your personal use, except for those appearing in the heading "Qui je suis...?". For any other use, it is necessary for you obligatorily to comply with these rules :

- the authorization will be granted to you in theory, but you must inform me by email at gymnet@netcourrier.com by specifying the use whom you wish to make of the pictures, and possibly the address of the site and the page where they will be published.

3 - TEXTES

You are allowed to copy for your personal use the texts published on the site http://gymnet.org . You DO NOT have the right to publish them without the authorization of their author. You must request the authorisation systematically to gymnet@netcourrier.com, dice at the time the use of these documents other than is deprived or personal. It is in particular FORBIDEN to copy and publish these texts on other websites.

4 - SANCTIONS

In case of illegal copy, Gymnet.org will immediately lodge a complain to the provider or the host of the website concerned. Law-suits could also be committed against the contraveners.
